9-year-old Emma Welborn publishes first book (Cleveland Daily Banner - Cleveland,TN,US)
Emma Welborn was signed to Tate Publishing on Feb. 2, 2007, for her children's book "Three Friends and their Hamsters." In her free time she enjoys reading, playing with her dogs, Zoe (a Jack Russell Terrier) and Diesel (a Weinheimer), riding her bicycle and playing computer games. She is "a little nervous" about a book signing on Monday.
